It was ok in the beginning they sold the company and changed no benefits no nothing I like a job with stability not a company that doesn't care for ther employees. Morning and evening meeting and hit the phones to collect debts for clients. Learned how to negotiate very well. Management monitors all calls closely. Face paced culture.
